VHIS Exclusive Offer at Pulse
Terms and Conditions

1. “VHIS Exclusive Offer at Pulse” promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential” or “we”) and covers the period from 1 March to 15 April 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

2. To be eligible for the exclusive offer of agnès b. Cafè cake set coupon (“Coupon”) valued at HK$198 under the Promotion, all of the following requirements must be met:

   1. Customers must have successfully applied for and submitted the completed application of PRUHealth CoreChoice Medical Plan, PRUHealth FlexiChoice Medical Plan or PRUHealth VHIS VIP Plan (the “VHIS Plan(s)”) through Pulse during the Promotion Period;

   2. the first year annualised premium of the VHIS Plan(s) must reach HKD 2,000 or above (excluding levy);

   3. the VHIS Plan(s) must have been successfully issued by Prudential on or before 22 April 2022;

   4. the VHIS Plan(s) must remain in force when the Coupon is dispatched; and

   5. all the premiums and levy(ies) must have been fully settled when due.

Each policy of the VHIS Plan(s) will be eligible for a maximum of one Coupon under the Promotion (the “Eligible Plan(s)”) if all the above requirements are met. Otherwise, the Coupon will be forfeited without further notice. The Coupon is offered on a first-come-first-served basis based on the time the Eligible Plan(s) is/are issued by Prudential.

3. For any alterations of the Eligible Plan(s) after policy issuance which results in a reduction of premium payable before the Coupon is dispatched (including but not limited to an increase in deductible, a downgrade of plan level; cancellation of PRUHealth Major or lower the benefit limit of PRUHealth Major), the Coupon for the respective Eligible Plan(s) will be forfeited without further notice. Notwithstanding the above, if there is any change of premium payment mode before the Coupon is dispatched, the Eligible Plan(s) will still be qualified for the Coupon provided that the first year annualised premium of the VHIS Plan(s) must be at least HKD 2,000 (excluding levy).

Coupon

4. The Coupon is in digital format and will be dispatched to the policyholder of the Eligible Plan(s) (the “Eligible Customer”) via SMS to the latest mobile number in our latest records within 3 months after the Eligible Plan(s) is/are issued. If the Eligible Customer cannot provide any Hong Kong mobile number, or the Coupon cannot be dispatched due to invalid Hong Kong mobile number, no special handling will be provided, he/she will be disqualified and the Coupon will be forfeited without further notice. If the Eligible Customer lost the dispatched SMS or the Coupon, or does not timely redeem the Coupon for any reason, Prudential will not provide another Coupon as replacement.

5. The Coupon cannot be exchanged for any other coupons or gifts or redeemed for cash or resold. The use of the Coupon is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the individual manufacturer/supplier. Prudential shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in relation to the Coupon (including but not limited to the quality, supply, delivery and the use of the Coupon). Prudential will not be liable or responsible for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the Coupon. Prudential has the right to replace another gift with equivalent value without further notice.

6. This Promotion offer can be used in conjunction with other promotion offers unless otherwise specified.

7. Prudential reserves the right to make the final decision to accept any applications. The application may be rejected due to the consideration of insurability (including but not limited to the health of the life assured) and result in being ineligible for the Promotion.

8. The VHIS Plan(s) is/are underwritten by Prudential and is/are subject to all the respective policy terms and conditions. For product information, please refer to the terms and conditions set out in the product brochure(s) and specimen policy(ies) issued by Prudential.

9. Prudential reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of this Promotion without issuing further notices. In the event of any disputes, Prudential shall have the absolute discretion to make the final decision.
