Visit www.prudential.com.hk/myprudential

Click Register to begin.

Select Life Insurance from the Account Type drop-down menu.

For Personal Customer, enter your Date of Birth and HKID / Identity Document Number.

Click Next.

For Corporate Customer, enter Business Registration Number.

Enter your 8-digit activation code and click Next.

You can get an activation code by SMS or by post if you do not have one.

Get your activation code by SMS or by Post.

Select By SMS and enter your registered mobile phone number, then click Send Activation Code.

Country code and area code are required for overseas mobile numbers.

The one-time activation code will be sent instantly by SMS to your registered mobile phone number. The code will expire in 24 hours.

Or select By Post, and enter 12-digit Life Insurance Policy / Proposal Number. Then click Send Activation Code.

The one-time activation code will be mailed out to your registered correspondence address within the next 3 business days upon successful submission. The activation code sent by post will expire in 90 days.

Once you have received your activation code by SMS or Post.

Enter the 8-character activation code.

Check and make sure it pairs correctly with the 4-digit SMS / Mail serial number.

Click Next.

Create your own Login ID and Password according to the format required.

Enter your email address.

This email address will be updated into our company’s record and automatically supersede all previous electronic communications records.

Go through and confirm you have read the Personal Information Collection Statement.

Click Submit to complete the registration.


Note: By clicking “Submit”, it will automatically subscribe the eStatement services in myPrudential and the paper statement will be suspended. You can go to “View eStatement” in myPrudential to view the statement. If you wish to resume receiving paper statement, simply login myPrudential and go to “eStatement - Change My Setting” to update.

Your registration is completed.
