Bee previously worked successively as a salesman in the telecommunications and property industries. "Over the years, I had to get in touch with different customers. Therefore, I came to master solid skills in relationship building." Yet, Bee found the workload of those salesman jobs too much to handle. "When I worked in the telecommunications and property sectors, I didn't have a very stable source of clients. I had to try hard to find new contacts. Apart from this, I had to take care of many things. For example, I had to "take to the street" to do marketing and promotion. I had to take clients to visit show flats and sometimes had to work until after 10 p.m. to fit in with clients' schedules. I was so tired when I got home. If I couldn't meet the sales target, I would face huge pressure. It was a really hard life." In view of such a difficult working environment and an unstable source of customers, Bee considered that it was a time to change.

Three years ago, Bee made up his mind to start a new career and became a Financial Services Manager of Prudential. In this way, he started his first step towards a career of success. "I am stationed in a bank branch to introduce our insurance products to customers. Prudential and the bank partner are both brands of strong reputation. All I have to do is explain clearly the features of our products in a professional manner. Usually, customers will give me a nod of approval." Today, Bee does not have to worry about customer sources. The environment and work hours of a bancassurance job are also more regular. The income is also better, and there are opportunities for long term career development. Bee can now spend more time with his family and enjoy life with a better balance between work and life.

Looking forward, Bee is prepared to do his best to achieve more in life. Every month, he works hard to break his sales target ahead of schedule as the way to keep himself moving ahead another zenith.
