- Upon completion of eDocument subscription, the hard copies of policy documents and renewal documents issued thereafter will no longer be mailed to you. You must register myPrudential – General Insurance account to access those aforesaid documents. Please go to www.prudential.com.hk to complete the registration of myPrudential – General Insurance account.
- A notification email will be sent to your designated email address whenever a new eDocument is available at myPrudential – General Insurance. Please make sure that your email address provided is accurate and up-to-date. Once the notification email has been sent to your designated email address, you are deemed to have received the new eDocument that is available at your myPrudential account. You are responsible to access your myPrudential account and read the new eDocument and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with your failure to do so. We assume no liability or responsibility for your failure to receive the notification email if such failure results from an inaccurate email address.
- Upon completion of online subscription in PRUeShop, eDocument will be activated immediately. For any alternations of eDocument setting in the future, it can be done in myPrudential – General Insurance.
- Communications over the Internet may be subject to transmission blackout, interruption, interception, or incorrect data transmission due to the public nature of the Internet or other reasons that are beyond control of Prudential General Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“PGHK”). Messages sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. You shall be aware of and bear the risk of any delay, loss, diversion, alternation, corruption or virus infection of any messages/instructions either sent to or received from PGHK. PGHK shall not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred or suffered as a result thereof.
