How can I know my client code?

If you are new user to this service, you can press 1 (Enquiry of Policy and Claims Information) from the main menu, and then press * key. System will announce your client code once you had entered the first 6 digits of HKID/Passport No. and policy number. You can mark down this number for using this service.
