What is 128-bit encryption?
For security reasons, we require all our users to install 128-bit High Encryption Pack before being allowed access to our web site. 128-bit encryption offers the highest level of protection possible for all Internet communications, including credit card use and financial transactions, and it is now a very popular protection method used by most recognised online banks and institutions around the world.
How to install the 128-bit High Encryption Pack?
If you see a message reading "page requested cannot be displayed" when entering our site, then it means that your browser does not meet our system requirements. To resolve this, you can check on the type of browser used and make suitable changes in configuration, or download the relevant component from the links below.
If you use Internet Explorer (IE), please click here to download.
Note:
IE 5.0 users must install the 128-bit High Encryption Pack in order to meet our system requirements.
IE 5.5 or later versions already include the 128-bit High Encryption Pack and so further installation is not required. If, however, your IE 5.5 was installed to Windows 2000, then a Windows 2000 High Encryption Pack should be installed.
If you are not sure about the browser version, or whether the 128-bit High Encryption Pack is already installed, go to "Help" in the browser and choose "About Internet Explorer" where the above information is clearly displayed.
If you use Netscape Navigator (NN), you must configure the browser to support 128-bit encryption and no further installation is required provided that your NN version is 4.7 or above (click here to download if you don't have). Simply follow the steps below:
Go to "Communicator" in browser menu, open "Tools" and then select "Security Info".
Choose "Navigator" in the menu.
Check the box for "Enable SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) v3", and click on "Configure SSL v3".
Inside this configuration menu, make sure all boxes are checked except the one for "No encryption with an MD5 MAC". If you do not see any options here that read "... 128-bit keys ...", then it means that your browser version is not 4.7 or above. To download NN 4.7 or above, click here.
If you have any queries concerning the above information, please feel free to contact us.
