How to Update Contact Information for a life policy

Customer can update contact information such as address and phone number for a life policy via myPrudential

 Step 1 

After logon myPrudential, please select “Update Contact Information”.

 

 Step 2 

After understanding the reminder on notification about policy change request, and ensure the contact information is correct, please click “Continue” to update your address or residential phone number.

If you want to update your email address or mobile phone number, please click “Update” to access the relevant page.

 

 Step 3 

Please follow the instruction to input the new address, and select whether to update individual or all policies.

The policyowner is obliged to report to Prudential (which is a Reporting Financial Institution) by submitting our “Individual Tax Residence Self-Certification Form” / “Supplementary Form for Business Insurance” if the tax residency status has changed during the course of policy. For details, please refer to instructions and glossary in website.

 

 Step 4 

You can update the residential phone number in this section, please follow the instruction to input country / area code, then input the new number.

 

 Step 5 

When completed, please click “Next”.

 

 Step 6 

Please confirm the accuracy, and select the checkbox to agree with the Personal Information Collection Statements.

Please click “Confirm and send OTP”.

 

 Step 7 

Please check your mobile phone and enter the One-Time passcode provided in SMS message.

When finished, please click “Submit”.

 

 Step 8 

Your request has been successfully submitted.
