The adoption of e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) technology is rapidly gaining traction in the market, driven by the growing need for efficient, secure and scalable customer identity verification methods to enhance customer onboarding experience, improve efficiency, and mitigate the risk of fraud.

By adopting Fill Easy’s e-KYC solution in Prudential’s electronic application solution PRUSubmit, customer can simply tap their NFC-enabled identification document on a secured device to have their identity verified by the authorised statutory body through the use of Application Programming Interface (API), thus completing the KYC process with precision, ease and speed in a safe and secured manner.
