PRUHealth Team is only applicable to the Life Assured of selected policies.
  2. PRUHealth Team provides general information to health enquires and is not medical advice. If you are feeling unwell or have any health conditions, please seek professional doctors’ advice as soon as possible.
  3. Providing general information to health enquires, assisting in appointment booking and Medical Expenses Direct Billing Service shall not be construed as admission of liability on the part of Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential” / “we”). Any benefit entitlement shall be subject to the terms and conditions and exclusions of the eligible insurance plan (“Eligible Plan”). The actual eligible claim amount will be subject to Prudential’s final claim decision. Prudential shall not be responsible or liable for the quality or accuracy of such general information to health enquires. Prudential will not be liable or responsible for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of or reliance of such general information to health enquires provided by Prudential.
  4. PRUHealth Team is not a contractual service but an administrative arrangement offered by Prudential in its absolute discretion. It is subject to termination at any time without prior notice.
  5. PRUHealth Team is only applicable to Eligible Plans which are in force at the time of using the Service.
  6. The specialist consultation and Medical Expense Direct Billing Service are provided by third party service provider(s) we have designated. Prudential is not the service provider or the agent of the service provider(s). Prudential makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to the quality and availability of such service and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for the services provided by the service provider(s).
  7. Prudential reserves the right to change any of these PRUHealth Team Terms and Conditions without further notice and has the sole and absolute discretion in relation to all matters arising from the PRUHealth Team. In the event of disputes, the decision of Prudential shall be final.
  8. The PRUHealth Team Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
