How to Change the Payment Method and Manage Autopay for a Life Policy

Customer can change the payment method for a life policy via myPrudential

 

Step 1: Choose “Payment Settings”

After logging into myPrudential, choose “Payment Settings.”

Step 2: Choose the policy for which you want to update the payment method

Please click “Please select policy” and choose the policy for which you want to update the payment method.

The "Payment Setting" function does not apply to the following types of policies:

  1. Single Pay products
  2. Policy not in force
  3. Policy with pending “Payment Setting” change request

Step 3: Set up, update, or cancel your autopay

You can set up, update, or cancel your autopay. To set up or update autopay, please input your bank account information.
