Prudential Hong Kong Limited ("Prudential”) has been made aware that fraudsters impersonating our company to sell tickets for “Today... is the Day Andy Lau Concert Tour 2024/2025 - Hong Kong” via email and/or messaging platforms. Prudential reiterates that we have not authorised any third-party to sell tickets for the concert and have no connection with these fraudulent communication channels. The matter has been reported to the Hong Kong Police Force.

Prudential would like to alert the public to be cautious about fraudulent communications purportedly made by our company, including scam calls, voice messages, emails, SMS, and other forms of impersonation. We urge the public not to provide personal information or make any payments to unverified third parties. We would also like to remind the public that all official emails from Prudential are sent exclusively from the domain name prudential.com.hk. Any emails originating from other domains should be treated with extreme caution as they may be fraudulent.
