How to Update Contact Information for a Life Policy
Customer can update contact information such as address and phone number for a life policy via myPrudential
Step 1
After logging into myPrudential, choose “Update Contact Information”.
Step 2
Choose the respective contact information or correspondence address and click “Update”.
