1. Prudential Golden Promise Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”). The lucky draw registration period starts from 1 September 2026 to 30 October 2026, both dates inclusive (“Registration Period”).
  2. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, a participant must fulfil the following requirements (“Eligible Participant(s)”):
    1. Aged 18 or above; and
    2. Holders of a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid travel document (collectively, the “Valid Proof of Identity”); and
    3. During the Registration Period, complete registration through the applicable registration channel specified in Clause 5 below and successfully submit the required registration information, including full name (which must match the name shown on the Valid Proof of Identity), email address and a valid mobile phone number (“Registration”); and
    4. Existing policyholder who holds at least one valid and in-force life insurance policy issued by Prudential on or before 1 September 2026 and continues to maintain at least one valid and in-force life insurance policy issued by Prudential up to and including 30 October 2026. If all such policies lapse, are terminated or surrendered on or before 30 October 2026, the policyholder will not be eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw; and
    5. Complete Registration using the same mobile number as recorded in Prudential's life insurance policy contact records for at least one valid and in-force life insurance policy held by the participant as of 30 October 2026.
  3. Each valid mobile number is allowed to register for the Lucky Draw once only. Registration information cannot be amended, modified or withdrawn once submitted. If any information provided during such registration (including but not limited to the full name and mobile number) is/are repeated, untrue, incorrect, incomplete or invalid, participants will be disqualified for this Lucky Draw. Prudential has the sole and absolute discretion in, with reference to relevant clauses of these Terms and Conditions, determining the eligibility of any participant for this Lucky Draw.
  4. Each valid mobile number is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Lucky Draw entry and may win a maximum of one (1) prize (as defined in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions).
  5. The Lucky Draw provides two registration channels, namely “Selected Customers” and “General Customers”:
    1. Selected Customers refer to customers selected and invited by Prudential at its sole and absolute discretion, who complete Registration via the designated registration link contained in an invitation email issued by Prudential during the Registration Period;
    2. General Customers refer to customers who complete Registration during the Registration Period through the designated online registration page on Prudential's corporate website at https://www.prudential.com.hk/en/general/form/golden-promise-lucky-draw;
    3. Eligible Participant(s) must complete Registration through one of the registration channels specified in these Terms and Conditions. Regardless of whether a participant completes Registration through the Selected Customer registration channel or the General Customer registration channel, the participant will be entitled to one (1) Lucky Draw entry, provided that he/she satisfies the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions and successfully completes Registration. Prudential reserves the right to verify the participant's identity based on its records and determine the participant's final registration category without further notice.
    4. If the same valid mobile phone number is used for registration through multiple registration channels or for submitting more than one Registration, Prudential reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to regard such registrations as duplicate registrations and accept only one registration as valid;
    5. Prudential reserves the right to verify a participant's identity and eligibility by reference to its customer records, policy records, contact information and any other relevant information, and to determine the participant's registration category and eligibility;
    6. Prudential's decisions regarding participant eligibility, registration validity, registration category, prize entitlement and all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final and binding.
  6. The prizes of the Lucky Draw are as follows (the “Prizes”):
    1. Grand Prize: One (1) piece of 999.9 Gold Brick ("999.9 Gold Brick") weighing two (2) taels per prize. A total of five (5) winners will be awarded this prize. Any images of the 999.9 Gold Brick shown in advertising or promotional materials are for reference only.
    2. Second Prize: Apple Store Gift Card ("Apple Gift Card") by email with a value of HK$1,000 per prize. A total of two hundred (200) winners will be awarded this prize.
    3. Third Prize: PARKnSHOP (Hong Kong) Electronic Voucher ("Supermarket Electronic Voucher") with a value of HK$500 per prize. A total of six hundred (600) winners will be awarded this prize.
  7. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 18 November 2026. Entry to the Lucky Draw does not guarantee the winning of any prize. The Lucky Draw winners (“Winner(s)”) will be drawn among the Eligible Participant(s) randomly by a computer system. Results of the Lucky Draw (including the Winner(s)’ name and the last 4 digits of the Winner(s)’ mobile number) will be posted on Prudential’s corporate website www.prudential.com.hk and published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 26 November 2026 in Hong Kong.
  8. Winner(s) will be notified by Prudential via SMS and/or email on or before 15 December 2026 according to the mobile number and/or email provided by the Winner during his/her Registration for the Lucky Draw. The Winner(s) are required to redeem the Prizes according to the instructions and terms and conditions stated in the Winner notification.
  9. The participant is solely responsible for ensuring that the email address and mobile phone number provided at the time of registration are true, accurate, complete, valid and capable of receiving communications throughout the Registration Period and prize redemption period. Prudential will issue prize notifications and other communications related to the Lucky Draw based on the contact information provided by the participant at Registration. Prudential shall not be responsible for any failure, delay or inability to deliver any notification resulting from incorrect, incomplete, invalid, expired or inaccessible contact information provided by the participant, or due to email filtering, full mailbox capacity, network or telecommunications issues, or any other circumstances beyond Prudential's reasonable control. No replacement or re-issuance of any prize notification will be provided.
  10. Apple Gift Card and Supermarket Electronic Voucher will be sent to the winners by electronic means using the email address provided during Registration. Each Apple Gift Card and Supermarket Electronic Voucher will be issued once only. Prudential shall not be responsible for and will not arrange any replacement, reissuance or compensation for any Prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, expired, misdirected or otherwise not received after issuance. All Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other products, services or benefits. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the respective prize suppliers. Winners are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable terms and conditions relating to the prizes, including any applicable validity period, redemption requirements and use restrictions.
  11. Grand Prize is required to be collected in person, the winner must present the relevant winner notification and a Valid Proof of Identity for verification, collect the Grand Prize in person in Hong Kong within the specified prize collection period, and sign such acknowledgement, receipt, declaration or confirmation documents as Prudential may reasonably require for prize collection and record purposes. Failure by a winner to collect the Prize, provide the required documentation or information, complete the verification process or satisfy any prize redemption requirements, or collect the Prize within the specified prize collection period, for any reason whatsoever, shall result in automatic forfeiture of the Prize and the winner's entitlement thereto and any right to redeem the Prize without prior notice or compensation. Any forfeited Prize may be withdrawn, cancelled or otherwise dealt with by Prudential at its sole and absolute discretion.
  12. Eligible Participant(s) must attain the age 18 or above with a Valid Proof of Identity on or before 1 September 2026. Otherwise, the relevant Winner(s) will be disqualified for the Lucky Draw without further notice. Prudential reserves the right to verify the identity of the Winner(s) and disqualify any Winner(s) subsequently found to be ineligible after the publication of the results of the Lucky Draw. The Prize will then be awarded to the next winner in sequence on the replacement list. No objection may be raised. The replacement winner list will be drawn on the same day as the lucky draw session.
  13. Winner notification SMS and/or email or Prize redemption documents issued to the Winner(s) will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage. The Prizes cannot be refunded, transferred/resold, exchanged for cash and is not replaceable. In the event of any loss, damage, invalidity, or expiry, the Prizes will not be re-issued.
  14. The Lucky Draw and prize collection arrangement are subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by Prudential.
  15. Prudential is not the manufacturer/supplier of the Prizes and is not the agent of such manufacturer/supplier. The use of these Prizes is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the individual manufacturer/supplier. Prudential shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in relation to the Prizes (including but not limited to the quality, supply, delivery and the use). Any disputes arising from the Prizes shall be resolved by the winner and the manufacturer/supplier directly.
  16. Prudential will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the Prizes.
  17. If for any reason the Lucky Draw is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Prudential that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Lucky Draw, Prudential reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.
  18. The provision of personal information to participate in the Lucky Draw is voluntary in nature. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to (i) Privacy Notice of Prudential https://www.prudential.com.hk/en/privacy-policy/ ; (ii) Personal Information Collection Statement of Prudential https://www.prudential.com.hk/en/personal-information-collection-statement/ ; (iii) Prudential will use your personal information for Lucky Draw communications, winner notifications, prize redemption, and analysis; and (iv) all the Terms & Conditions of this Lucky Draw.
  19. Prudential reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of Prudential shall be final and binding.
  20. If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.
  21. In the event of any discrepancy in the terms and conditions between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
  22. The Lucky Draw will be held in Hong Kong. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Courts have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
  23. No person other than the Eligible Participants and Prudential will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
