 “Prudential Presents “AUT NIHILO” Sun Yanzi in Concert - Hong Kong” Tickets Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”).  The promotion period starts from 13 February 2026 to 20 February 2026 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, participant must fulfil the following requirements (“Eligible Participant(s)”):

1. Aged 18 or above; and

2. Holders of a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid travel document (collectively, the “Valid Proof of Identity”); and

3. During the Promotion Period, participant(s) must successfully register through designated registration form at Prudential‘s corporate website by submitting full name (as shown on the Valid Proof of Identity), email address and valid mobile number (“Registration”).   

Each valid mobile number is allowed to register for the Lucky Draw once only. All information cannot be changed or cancelled once being submitted. If any information provided during such registration (including but not limited to the full name and mobile number) is/are repeated, untrue, incorrect, incomplete or invalid, participants will be disqualified for this Lucky Draw. Prudential has the sole and absolute discretion in, with reference to relevant clauses of this Terms and Conditions, determining the eligibility of any participant for this Lucky Draw.

Eligible existing policyholders will enjoy an additional chance in the Lucky Draw. To be eligible for the additional chance in the Lucky Draw, the existing policyholder (a) must have at least one inforce life insurance policy with Prudential on 20 February 2026; and (b) must be an Eligible Participant registering for the Lucky Draw during the Promotion Period, with the same mobile number which is listed in the policy contact information of the said policy as of 20 February 2026. Each policyholder is eligible for one additional chance at most in the Lucky Draw during the Promotion Period.

Each valid mobile number is only entitled to win the Prize (as defined in clause 7 of these  Terms and Conditions) once at most.

The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 26 February 2026. Entry to the Lucky Draw does not guarantee the winning of any prize. The Lucky Draw winners (“Winner(s)”) will be drawn among the Eligible Participant(s) randomly by a computer system.  Results of the Lucky Draw (including the Winner(s)’ name and the last 4 digits of the Winner(s)’ mobile number) will be posted on Prudential’s corporate website www.prudential.com.hk and published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 4 March 2026 in Hong Kong. 

A total of 10 Winners will be drawn from the Lucky Draw. Each Winner will receive two HK$1,380 concert tickets of “Prudential Presents “AUT NIHILO” Sun Yanzi in Concert - Hong Kong” (“Prize”). The concerts will be held on 13 and 15 March 2026. Concert tickets will be assigned randomly, and Winners cannot choose or change their seats and concert show session. 

Winner(s) will be notified by Prudential via SMS and/or email on 4 March 2026 according to the mobile number and/or email provided by the Winner during his/her Registration for the Lucky Draw. The Winner(s) are required to redeem the Prizes according to the instructions and terms and conditions stated in the Winner notification.

Upon the Lucky Draw Prize redemption, the Winner(s) are required to provide such Winner notification and their Valid Proof of Identity for verification purpose and to sign an acknowledgement receipt form for Prize redemption and record purposes. 

Prizes must be collected in Hong Kong during the specified Prize redemption period. If a Winner does not redeem nor timely redeem the Prize for any reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice and the Prize will be considered as forfeited.

Eligible Participant(s) must attain the age 18 or above with a Valid Proof of Identity during the Promotion Period. Otherwise, the relevant Winner(s) will be disqualified for the Lucky Draw without further notice. Prudential reserves the right to verify the identity of the Winner(s) and disqualify any Winner(s) subsequently found to be ineligible after the publication of the results of the Lucky Draw. The Prize will then be awarded to the next winner in sequence on the replacement list. No objection may be raised. The replacement winner list will be drawn on the same day as the lucky draw session.

Winner notification SMS and/or email or Prize redemption documents issued to the Winner(s) will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage. The Lucky Draw Prize cannot be refunded, transferred/resold, exchanged for cash and is not replaceable.  In the event of any loss, damage, invalidity, or expiry, the Prizes will not be re-issued. 

The Lucky Draw and prize collection arrangement is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by Prudential. 

Prudential is not the manufacturer/supplier of the Prizes and is not the agent of such manufacturer/supplier.  The use of the Prizes is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the individual manufacturer/supplier.  Prudential shall not be liable for any responsibilities regarding the use or enjoyment of the Prizes. Prudential also disclaims any responsibility or liability for the availability and quality of the Prizes and their related concerts. Any disputes arising from the Prizes shall be resolved by the winner and the manufacturer/supplier of the Prizes directly. Prudential and the manufacturer/supplier of the Prizes will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the Prizes. If the concert concerned is cancelled or postponed for any reason, or if the Winner is denied entry to the concert venue due to failure to meet their guidelines and requirements, Prudential shall not have any liability in relation thereto and shall not be liable for any compensation to any person.

If for any reason Lucky Draw is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Prudential that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Lucky Draw, Prudential reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.

The provision of personal information to participate in the Lucky Draw is voluntary in nature. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you explicitly agree to the provision and use of your personal information by Prudential and Prudential’s financial consultants to contact you, promote Prudential's insurance products, and send marketing communications and materials, such as exclusive offers, and health and product promotions (in accordance with Section 3 of the Personal Data Collection Statement). By submitting this form, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to (i) Privacy Notice of Prudential https://www.prudential.com.hk/en/general/privacy-policy/ ; (ii) Personal Information Collection Statement of Prudential https://www.prudential.com.hk/tc/general/personal-information-collection-statement/ ; (iii) Prudential will use your personal information for Lucky Draw Winner notification, redemption, and analysis; and (iv) all the Terms & Conditions of this Lucky Draw.

Prudential reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of Prudential shall be final and binding. 

If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.

In the event of discrepancies in the terms and conditions between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Courts have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.

No person other than the Eligible Participants and Prudential will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
