1. 保誠與Crimson Education 聯辦「未來全能發展課程」（「活動」）由保誠保險有限公司（「保誠」）與Crimson Education Hong Kong Limited (「Crimson Education」) 合辦。推廣期為2025年2月13日至3月13日23時59分止（香港時間），包括首尾兩天（「推廣期」）。
    Prudential and Crimson Education: Future Intelligence Program (“Event”) are co-organized by Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”) and Crimson Education Hong Kong Limited (“Crimson Education”). The promotion period starts from 13 February 2025 to 13 March 2025, 23:59 (Hong Kong time), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
     
  2. 此活動只限受保誠或保誠理財顧問邀請之現有保誠客戶的直系親屬參加。推廣期内需透過保誠提供的指定登記表格成功提交姓名（必須與有效身份證明文件相同）及有效手機號碼（「登記」）。
    The event is only open to direct relative of existing Prudential customers, who have been invited by Prudential or its insurance consultants. During the Promotion Period, application(s) must successfully register through the designated enrollmentform provided by Prudential by submitting full name (as shown on the Valid Proof of Identity) and valid mobile number (“Enrollment”). 
     
  3. 每位客戶只限登記一次活動及一堂課，名額有限，先到先得。登記資料一經提交，恕不可更改或取消。若所提供的資料不真實、不正確、不完整或無效，有關報名登記將會被視為無效。保誠擁有根據此活動條款及細則內相關條款決定參加者之參加資格和選擇參加者的唯一和絕對酌情權。
    Each customer is allowed to register for the Event once and only one class. All information cannot be changed or cancelled once being submitted. If any information provided during such enrollment (including but not limited to the full name and mobile number) is/are repeated, untrue, incorrect, incomplete or invalid, applications will be disqualified for this Event. Prudential has the sole and absolute discretion in, with reference to relevant clauses of this Terms and Conditions, determining the eligibility of any applicants and select participants for this Event.
     
  4. 活動將以線上直播或錄播形式，以英語進行。成功登記後，保誠亦將於活動前 5 天，根據活動登記人填寫登記表格時提供的手機號碼以短訊形式發送活動連結，參加者須按手機短訊所指示的方法及時間參加線上課堂活動。
    The event will be available as a live or recorded online session. Prudential reserves the rights to select an applicant and will notify him/her directly. Successful applicants will be notified by Prudential via SMS form 5 days before the event according to the mobile number provided by the applicants during their enrollment for the Event. Successful applicants must follow the instructions and timing provided in the SMS to join the online class.
     
  5. 短訊發送出予登記人後若有遺失或損毀，恕不補發。此活動名額不可轉讓/轉售、兌換現金或換取其他優惠。
    Once the SMS has been sent to successful applicants, it will not be reissued in case of loss or damage. The event slots are non-transferable, non-resellable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers.
     
  6. 活動及登記安排事宜須受保誠訂定之所有條款及條件規限。
    The event and enrollment arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon Prudential.
     
  7. 保誠並非此課堂活動之課程提供者/製造/供應商，亦非該課程提供者/製造/供應商的代理。所有課堂活動之安排須受個別課程提供者/製造/供應商所訂定之所有條款及條件規限。保誠不會承擔與使用或享用課堂活動內容有關之任何責任，及不會承擔有關課堂的供應和質量之任何責任。如對課堂内容或安排有任何爭議，請直接向相關課程提供者/製造/供應商提出。對任何因使用或不當使用該課堂而直接或間接引致的任何損失或損害，保誠概不承擔任何法律責任或責任。
    Prudential is not the provider/manufacturer/supplier of the class activities and is not the agent of such provider/manufacturer/supplier. The arrangement of the class activities are subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the individual provider/manufacturer/supplier. Prudential shall not be liable for any responsibilities regarding the use or enjoyment of the class activities. Prudential also disclaims any responsibility or liability for the availability and quality of the classes. Any disputes arising from the classes shall be resolved by the participant and the provider/manufacturer/supplier of the concert directly. Prudential will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the classes.
     
  8. 如因任何電腦、網路、電話、其他技術問題或任何其他本公司控制範圍以外之理由而導致活動連結未能送至參加者，或未能參加活動，保誠及Crimson Education一概恕不負責。
    Prudential and Crimson Education will not be responsible if the event link cannot be delivered to participants or if participants are unable to join the event due to any computer, network, telephone, or other technical issues, or any other reasons beyond the control of the company.
     
  9. 提供個人資料參加此活動純屬自願性質。若閣下選擇登記，則表示閣下明確同意保誠及其理財顧問根據保誠保險私隱聲明第I部 —直接市場推廣使用閣下的個人資料用作促銷用途。提交此活動登記表格即被視為明白及同意 (i)保誠的私隱聲明https://www.prudential.com.hk/tc/privacy-policy/ ; (ii)保誠的收集個人資料聲明https://www.prudential.com.hk/tc/personal-information-collection-statement/prunextgen/index.html ; (iii)保誠使用閣下的個人資料作是次活動通訊及促銷用途; 及 (iv) 此活動之所有條款及細則 。
    The provision of personal information to participate in this Event is voluntary. By participating in this Event, you explicitly agree to the provision and use of your personal information by Prudential and its insurance consultants for direct marketing purposes in accordance with Part I – Direct marketing of the Privacy Notice of Prudential. By submitting this form, you confirm your understanding and agree to (i) Privacy Notice of Prudential https://www.prudential.com.hk/en/privacy-policy/ ; (ii) Personal Information Collection Statement of Prudential https://www.prudential.com.hk/tc/personal-information-collection-statement/prunextgen/index.html ; (iii) Prudential will use your personal information for Event communication and direct marketing; and (iv) all the Terms & Conditions of this Event.
     
  10. 保誠及Crimson Education保留核實參加者身份之權利，及取消任何不合資格的參加者之權利。
    Prudential and Crimson Education reserve the right to verify the identity of participants and to disqualify any ineligible participants.
     
  11. 保誠對本條款及細則擁有絕對解釋權。如有任何爭議，保誠擁有最終決定權。
    Prudential reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of Prudential shall be final and binding.
     
  12. 若宣傳材料中包含的資料與此條款和細則之間存在任何抵觸，一概以此條款和細則為準。
    If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.
     
  13. 如此條款及細則之中文及英文版本存有歧異，一概以英文版本為準。
    In the event of discrepancies in the terms and conditions between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
     
  14. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區之法律管限，香港法院對於任何因本條款及細則所引發的爭議享有獨有的司法管轄權。
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Courts have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
