(Hong Kong, 30 January 2026) Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”) today announced an enhanced partnership with IHH Healthcare North Asia, expanding its Medical Expenses Direct Billing Service to all medical facilities under Parkway Shanghai. These facilities include the newly launched Parkway MediCentre Xintiandi, Parkway Medical & Dental Clinic Biyun, and Parkway Medical Clinic Gubei, offering more comprehensive specialist outpatient care and day surgery services to eligible customers of Prudential, especially those residing in Shanghai or traveling frequently between Hong Kong and Shanghai.

This announcement follows an earlier partnership where Prudential introduced the Medical Expenses Direct Billing Service to Parkway Shanghai Hospital under IHH Healthcare North Asia. With this latest expansion, eligible customers can now access a range of healthcare services at the primely located Parkway MediCentre Xintiandi, including specialist outpatient care, day surgeries, and MRI scans. These services cover specialties such as gastroenterology, general surgery, urology, gynaecology, and otolaryngology. Furthermore, Parkway Medical & Dental Clinic Biyun and Parkway Medical Clinic Gubei offer additional convenient locations, minimising the need for cross-district travel and further enhancing the overall healthcare experience for customers.

Eligible customers can access a diversified range of medical services across all medical facilities under Parkway Shanghai, enjoying a seamless and streamlined one-stop healthcare experience. This milestone marks a significant step forward in Prudential's expansion of its cross-border medical network.

Eligible Prudential customers can now seek pre-approval for medical expenses at all medical facilities under Parkway Shanghai before treatment. The institutions will assist in submitting the request to Prudential, which will directly settle approved expenses after treatment. Customers also benefit from priority appointment bookings and room arrangements, ensuring faster access to care. By offering one-stop support – from scheduling to consultation and treatment – Prudential provides a seamless healthcare experience that allows customers to focus on recovery and well-being.
