How to apply for a life policy loan?

You can log in to myPrudential, and complete the following steps:

Step 1: Select “Policy Loan”

1. Click the menu button in the top right corner and select “Policy Services”

2. Click “Maintenance”

3. Click “Policy Loan”

Step 2: Select the life policy you would like to request a policy loan for

Select the life policy to apply for a policy loan

Step 3: Confirm the policy change notification, verify contact details, and agree to the notes of policy loan application

1. Confirm the policy change notification and verify contact details, then click “Continue”

2. After reading the important notes of the policy loan, click “Agree”

Step 4: Read the reminder about loan interest and how to check your application approval status

1. After reading the system reminder and how to check your application approval status, click “OK”

2. After reading the important note, click “Next”

Step 5: Input the loan amount and select the payment method

1. Input the loan amount and select the payment method

2. If you select “Faster Payment”, provide your Proxy ID or input your mobile number

Step 6: Verify the information and agree to the “Personal Information Collection Statements”

1. Verify the information

2. Check the boxes to agree to the “Personal Information Collection Statements”, then click “Confirm and send OTP”

Step 7: One-time passcode (OTP) verification

The one-time passcode will be sent via SMS. After entering the code, click “Submit”

Step 8: Request has been successfully submitted
