Customer can change the payment frequency for a life policy via myPrudential
- Step 1: Choose “Payment Settings”
- Step 2: Choose the policy for which you want to update the payment frequency
- Step 3: Choose a new payment frequency
- Step 1: Choose “Payment Settings”
- Step 2: Choose the policy for which you want to update the payment frequency
- Step 3: Choose a new payment frequency

After logging into myPrudential, choose “Payment Settings”.
Step 2: Choose the policy for which you want to update the payment frequency
Please click “Please select policy” and choose the policy for which you want to update the payment frequency.
The “Payment Setting” function does not apply to the following types of policies:
- Single Pay products
- Policy not in force
- Policy with pending “Payment Setting” change request
