How to withdraw dividends from a life insurance policy?

You can log in to myPrudential, and complete the following steps:

Step 1: Select “Policy Value Withdrawal”

1. Click the menu button in the top right corner and select “Policy Services”  

2. Click “Maintenance” 

3. Click “Policy Value Withdrawal”

Step 2: Select the life insurance policy to withdraw dividends

Step 3: Confirm the policy change notification, verify contact details, and agree to the important notes of policy value withdrawal

1. Confirm the policy change notification and verify contact details, then click “Continue”   

2. After reading the important note of policy value withdrawal, click “Agree”

Step 4: Review reminders and important notes of policy value

1. After reading the reminder about the policy value, click “OK”

2. After reading the important notes of policy value, click “OK”

Step 5: Input the dividend withdrawal amount and select payment method

1. Input the dividend withdrawal amount

2. Select a payment method. If you choose “Payout by Direct Credit”, please provide your bank account details.

3. If this is your first time receiving payments via a bank account with Prudential, please provide your bank statement or bankbook as proof of the bank account, then click “Next”

Step 6: Verify the information and agree to the “Personal Information Collection Statements”

2. Check the boxes to agree to the “Personal Information Collection Statements”, then click “Confirm and send OTP”

Step 7: One-time passcode (OTP) verification

The one-time passcode will be sent via SMS. After entering the code, click “Submit”

Step 8: Request has been successfully submitted
