Don’t miss important policy information and service notifications.

Update your email address in the myPrudential mobile app in just two simple steps to stay up to date seamlessly.

Step 1: Download the myPru App and activate your account

1. Download the myPrudential mobile app.

Download now

2. Tap Login on the homepage, then select Activate Your Account.

3. Choose Individual Customer - Life, enter your HKID and Date of Birth.

4. Follow the instructions to complete activation.

Step 2: Update your email address in the myPru App

1. After logging in, select Update Contact Information on the homepage.

2. Under the Email Address field, tap Update.

3. Follow the instructions to complete the verification and update.
