收集個人資料聲明 （「收集個人資料聲明」）Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”)

保誠保險有限公司（簡稱「保誠」或「我們」）認真對待 閣下個人資料的私隠及保護。保誠會使用所獲得的個人資料, 包括但不限於全名和聯絡方式作下列用途：
Prudential Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Prudential", "our", "we", or "us") takes the privacy and protection of your personal information seriously. Prudential will use your Personal Information, including but not limited to full name and contact details for the following purposes:

  1.  進行是次活動登記目的;
    the enorllment of your attendance to this Event
  2. 執行與所提供的保險產品及服務相關的功能及活動，包括但不限於報告、資料分析、研究和統計分析及促銷用途；及
    perform functions and activities incidental to the provision of insurance products and services including, without limitation, reporting, data analysis, research and statistical analysis and direct marketing purposes;
  3. 其他與上述用途有直接聯繫或附帶用途的目的。
    Other purposes ancillary or directly related to any of the above.

索閱個人資料 Access and Correction Rights

根據個人資料（私隱）條例，閣下有權索閱及修正你的個人資料。
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of any Personal Information that you provide to us.

閣下的個人資料保留時間 Keep your personal data for a set amount of time

我們向閣下收集之個人資料用作是活動登記之用，資料將於活動完結90天內被銷毀。
Your personal data collected is for the event enrollment purpose only and it will be deleted 90 days after the event finished.

如閣下改變主意，及/或閣下想選擇不接受直接市場推廣，可以與我們的資料保護主任聯絡（service@prudential.com.hk）。
If you change your mind, and / or you would like to opt-out of receiving direct marketing, you can advise our Data Protection Officer at service@prudential.com.hk .
