Pulse ASTM Level 3 Surgical Mask First 1,000 Registration Promotion
Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is organised by Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”). Promotion period covers the period from 3 September to 30 September 2020 23:59, both dates are inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. How to enrol in the promotion:
    1. Participants must be aged 18 or above and holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card; and
    2. Download and successfully register as a user in Pulse by Prudential (“Pulse”); and
    3. Register “Pulse Double Offers” and select “I want to take part in lucky draw for ASTM Level 3 surgical masks” through Pulse by providing name, valid email address and mobile number.
  1. Each of the first 1,000 registrants will receive a box of Good Mask ASTM F2100 Level 3 5-color adult surgical masks (30 pcs individually packed), size: 175mm x 95mm, on first come first served basis. If the same Pulse user has repeatedly registered, the eligible registration will be determined based on the information and time of the earliest registration. The remaining registrants who do not get the prize under this promotion will automatically participate in the Pulse ASTM Level 3 Surgical Mask Lucky Draw.
  2. If any provided information for the promotion (including but not limited to the name, email address, mobile number) is/are repeated, untrue, incorrect, incomplete or invalid, participants will lose the eligibility for participating in this promotion.
  3. All staff members, consultants of Prudential Hong Kong Limited are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  4. The 1,000 winners are not eligible to participate in the Pulse ASTM Level 3 Surgical Mask Lucky Draw.
  5. Winner notification with redemption details for the 1st 1,000 winners will be sent via email on or before 30 September 2020 to the winner’s email address in the registration form. Winners are required to redeem the prizes according to the instructions stated in the notification email on or before 13 October 2020. Good Mask is expected to arrange delivery on or before 31 October 2020 while the actual delivery date is subject to Good Mask's announcement.
    To facilitate delivery by Good Mask, each winner will receive a unique redemption code and corresponding redemption website link:
    7.1 If the winner is an existing Good Mask member, he/she needs to log in to Good Mask member account first, and then enter the unique redemption code and delivery address on the designated page of this promotion.
    7.2 If the winner is not an existing Good Mask member, he/she is required to register as a Good Mask member by providing his/her name, email address and phone number through the redemption website, and then enter the delivery address in the designated page of this promotion.
  6. On the date of receiving the prize, the winners must be valid users of Pulse (subject to Prudential’s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice. Prudential reserves the right to verify the identity of winners again.
  7. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or resold and must be redeemed during the specified prize redemption period. If a winner does not redeem nor timely redeem the prize for any reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice and the prize will be considered as forfeited.
  8. Subject to the prescribed consent from the participants, their personal data will be used for direct marketing purposes. Subject to the prescribed consent from the winners, Prudential will use their personal details for the purposes of postage, communication and prize redemption for the promotion.
  9. Upon participating in the promotion according to the registration procedure as mentioned above, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed the terms and conditions.   10. Prudential is not the manufacturer/supplier of the prizes under the promotion. Prudential will not be responsible or liable for any consequence relating to the quality, supply, delivery, the use of the prize and the membership of Good Mask. The use of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the individual manufacturer/supplier. Prudential shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in relation to the prize (including but not limited to the quality, supply, delivery, the use of the prize and the membership of Good Mask). Prudential will not be liable or responsible for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the prize.
  11. In case of dispute, Prudential shall have the absolute right of final decision.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Pulse ASTM Level 3 Surgical Mask Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”). Promotion period covers the period from 3 September to 30 September 2020 23:59, both dates are inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. How to enrol in the Lucky Draw:
    1. Participants must be aged 18 or above and holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card; and
    2. Download and successfully register as a user in Pulse by Prudential (“Pulse”); and
    3. Register Lucky Draw campaign through Pulse by providing name, valid email address and mobile number.
  3. Eligible Pulse users who have successfully registered to enrol in the Lucky Draw campaign will automatically be entitled to lucky draw once (except for the first 1,000 registrants who would be eligible for the prize under Pulse ASTM Level 3 Surgical Mask first 1,000 Registration Promotion).
  4. Each participant can only participate once in this Lucky Draw. If any provided information for the Lucky Draw (including but not limited to the name, email address, mobile number) is/are repeated, untrue, incorrect, incomplete or invalid, participants will lose the eligibility for participating in this Lucky Draw.

  6. Total 9,000 winners will be drawn from the Lucky Draw. Each winner will receive a box of Good Mask ASTM F2100 Level 3 5-color adult surgical mask (30 pcs individually packed), size: 175mm x 95mm.
  7. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 14 October 2020. Winners will be drawn randomly by the computer system. Results of the Lucky Draw will be posted on Prudential’s corporate website prudential.com.hk and published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 23 October 2020 in Hong Kong. On the date of conducting Lucky Draw and receiving the prize, winners of the Lucky Draw must be valid users of Pulse (subject to Prudential’s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice. Prudential reserves the right to verify the identity of winners again after the publication of the results of the Lucky Draw.
